Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing the best service to customers
  
• Supervise floor staff  and  manage day to day floor operations
  
• Ensure all billings and charges are correct
  
• Possess good knowledge of the menu and the wine list
  
• Assist in handling minor complaints and report to General manager

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years or above and related experience including supervisory experience in Starred Michelin or fine dining restaurant
• Food & Beverage Operation or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• A good knowledge in the wine and spirits industry to advise well our clients.
• Strong leadership, team building and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, guest service orientated
• Good command of spoken and written English. Cantonese is a plus
• Self-motivated and has a strong sense of responsibility
