Job Description

5 years or above relevant working background in western restaurants, experience in hotel preferred;

To be in charge of new outlet kitchen, ensure all foods standard, food cost control, develop new menus and supervise staff performance with Senior Chef;

Knowledge in computer Microsoft office - Word and Excel;

Candidate with more experience will also be considered as “Executive Sous Chef”.
