• 5 years or above relevant working background in western restaurants, experience in hotel preferred;
• To be in charge of new outlet kitchen, ensure all foods standard, food cost control, develop new menus and supervise staff performance with Senior Chef; 
• Knowledge in computer Microsoft office - Word and Excel;
• Candidate with more experience will also be considered as “Executive Sous Chef”.
