Reporting to the Operations Manager and Sales manager, this position requires a mature thinker preferably with experience in the F&B industry.

Job Duties:

• To co ordinate the purchases and sales of overseas products from our suppliers
• Responsible for purchasing and placing orders overseas
• To maintain and enhance excellent relationships with new and existing suppliers
• Responsible for inventory administration of product
• Provide administrative and POS system support
• Develop strategies for purchasing
• Reporting
• Ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Experience is preferred but not essential, but a good strong work attitude is required.
• Good command of speaking and writing in English, Cantonese
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, in writing sales and marketing proposals and reports
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Self-initiative and pro-active working attitude with good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; Mature, customer-oriented detailed minded and presentable; Capable of multi-tasks & independent work 

This is an ideal position for someone from with a F&B background, preference strong in Admin who is looking to develop their skills and experience.
