You will: 

Being a team member in our Customer Service Department, the incumbent will be required to offer solutions to our customers’ travel needs. He/she will handle customers’ enquiries & complaints, both in verbal & written forms; provide travel consultancy service and promote company’s travel products to customers.  

You should have / be: 

• Bachelor Degree in Tourism Management or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' travel consultant experience in travel agent (FIT and leisure section preferable)
• Proficiency Reservation System, Internet booking tools and MS Office
• Sound product and fare knowledge
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, independent, efficient, service-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Attention to details and accuracy
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for another position of Assistant Customer Service Executive
