What you will do?
We’re looking for an Urban Ambassador to take responsibility for creating a comfortable environment for our ‘members’ by pro-actively engaging and mingling with them in a friendly manner. You will assist and contribute in all front line operations. This will involve, handling client enquiries, identifying customer needs and proactively providing solutions beyond their expectations.
Who are we looking for?
We appreciate relevant experience but more importantly we’re looking for someone who has a passion to interact with our members, a good eye for detail and a drive for hospitality. Just as importantly, we are looking for a “self-starter” with heaps of energy and people skills that can thrive in a dynamic and energetic environment!
*Candidate with more experience may be considered as "Supervisor".
