Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service and build rapport with customers
• Promote and recommend various FIT travel packages and cruise products to customers
• Handle sales and customer enquiries at branch office and/or over the phone
• Work as a team in achieving targets and any initiatives set forth by the Company
• Shift duty is required

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above with training in travel related subjects
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience, preferably with cruise and ticket sales experience
• Pleasant, customer-oriented with good communication skills
• Attentive to details and able to work under pressure
• Must be computer literate 
• Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Travel Consultant
