The Launch Coordinator role is part of the global expansion team and is responsible for operationalising a new handy city and newly signed hotel partners. What you’ll do:

• Work closely with a launch team for a specific region throughout all steps of the process for launching hotels, from the time they sign until they go live (this includes onboarding, logistics and deployment, training)
• Onboard hotels after they sign as new partners, including collecting necessary information from them, creating partner accounts and ensuring all hotel information is map internally with our system
• Conduct training sessions with hotels to ensure they're ready to go live, including going over the quick-start guide and answering any questions they may have before becoming operational

• A total hustler. You don’t fold under pressure, in fact, you thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A problem-solver, you have an analytical mind and can navigate obstacles on the fly in a thoughtful and logical way
• Detail-oriented: Your google calendar can be crammed, but it’s organised, totally manageable and you don’t miss a beat
• Willingness to learn: Excited to learn and gain experience in a high-growth startup Fluent in English and Chinese, additional language capabilities is a plus
