Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team to provide IT infrastructure support and Project Management for Hong Kong office
• Work closely with offshore helpdesk team on infrastructure support
• Assist in Asia Pacific IT project implementation
• Implement IT policies and procedures
• Prepare disaster recovery procedures and coordinate annual disaster recovery drill
• Manage problem and change management procedures
• Vendor management

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in IT or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ infrastructure support and project experience with Multinational Company
• Experienced in supporting Windows OS 7/10, windows server, SCCM, network, IT security
• Knowledge in regulatory standards such as ISO, SOX, SOC is preferred
• Excellent communication skill
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent command of spoken and written in Chinese and English
