Job Description
The Job:
- Installation of desktop, server equipment, software, including printers, scanners and desktop peripherals.
- Fault identification and remedy for desktop,server equipment and software.
- Handle customer enquiry, support and maintenance service.
- Handle network management.
Requirements:
- Certificate / Diploma in Information Services or related disciplines.
- 1 - 5 years relevant experience in technical support role.
- Technically expertise in PC setup & installation, hardware & software equipment, TCP/IP and other protocols.
- Good knowledge in Windows Server and applications, Microsoft Office products & vendor
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Shift duty may be required.
