Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing key accounts and developing new customers to meet revenue target and expansion plan
- Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationship through regular close contact with customers
- Collaborating with other teams (Product R&D, Customer Service, Business Consulting) to ensure meeting of customers’ expectation and delivery
- Cultivating new prospects and managing sales process to closing
Requirements
- Degree holder of Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
- Knowledge of retail operations and / or previous work experience with retail management software will be a great advantage but not essential
- 5 years or above relevant track records of sales or business development in software application business
- A team-player with good communication, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
