• Conduct server installation, configuration, performance tuning, backup and system recovery
• Perform problem diagnosis of hardware, software and application, ad-hoc support is required
• Responsible for systems and databases administration
• Maintain high system availability and monitoring of the systems
• Perform IT help desk support and ad-hoc support required including call handling, coordination and escalation
• Test and evaluate new technology and roll-out of new applications
• Holder of Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in technical support and system implementation
• Relevant working experience on Microsoft Windows and Exchange Server, VMware and Unix base administration
• Relevant working experience on Technical support and problem solving
• Knowledge on Microsoft SQL database, IBM DB2 and Oracle database will be an advantage
