(Expertise in ERP Project Implementation)

Responsibilities:

• Act as a key consulting and implementation role on ERP Implementation/ Upgrade Project
• Develop and manage project management plan (including scopes, timeline, resources, costs, risk and issues, inter-dependencies, assumptions etc.)
• Collect and translate business requirements into system functional requirements/ specifications
• Prepare project documents (e.g. RFP) and evaluate vendor proposals
• Provide system installation, configuration, trouble-shooting and go-live support
• Liaise with internal customers, IT vendors and consultants to ensure successful project delivery
• Estimate and manage project costs
• Manage IT vendors and contracts

  Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science/ Information Technology/Engineering or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5+ years experiences in IT consulting or implementation role
• Expertise in ERP solution
• Hands-on experience in large-scale outsourcing project for ERP Implementation/ Upgrade is a definitely must
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal customers with conflicting priorities and the ability to lead and influence
• Solid experiences in Retail/ POS system support
• Solid experiences in IT outsourcing (e.g. preparation of tender documents and evaluation of vendor proposals etc.)
• Well-experienced in C#, ASP.Net, JavaScript, HTML and MS SQL Server
• Good team player with excellent communication skill. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Preference will be given to those with experiences in MS Dynamics NAV and e-Commerce
