Our client is one of the largest banks in Asia offering customers a wide range of banking services. They are currently expanding the team and sourcing the talents for Project Manager to lead the team for system enhancement and implementation in the areas of mobile banking, internet banking, and the Bank's website. 

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate and liaise with different internal and external parties to provide solutions to meet business needs
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with end-users and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements:

• Degree holder in computer science or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of working experience; at least 3 years in IT project management
• Banking experience is a must 
• Prior experience and knowledge in e-channels (e.g. mobile baking, internet banking, website) is an advantage
• Experience in vendor management 
• Good written and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills 
• Able to work under pressure and tight project schedule
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
