About the Client:
The client is a well-recognized company with a strong foot print across Asia. An exciting opportunity arise to look for a seasoned customer analytics professional to derive quality customer insights to enhance opportunities across Asia.
About the Role:
- Discover opportunities through analyzing customers behavior, key performance indicator reporter, and campaign development and tracking.
- Pre-campaign analysis and targeting, generating targeted customer base, performing campaign tracking and post evaluation; and campaign fulfillment
- Perform customer segment analysis to provide customer segmentation according to customer value and customer behavior.
- Develop and execute CRM strategy to achieve actionable business insights
About You:
- Excellent academic qualifications, a degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, business, economics, operations research)
- Over 7 years of experience using analytics to drive business/loyalty marketing in a consumer environment with management experience
- Proficiency in statistical software packages and database management tools such as SAS, SPSS, Oracle, SQL etc.
- Extensive experience in CRM analytics
- Strong presentation skills with excellent language skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
