Job Responsibilities:

• Review and ensure the completeness of document management system (“DMS”).
• Contacts and supports relative parties/ staffs on unidentified documents and indexing following up to identify document information and status.
• Consolidates data record and prepares reports for review and record keeping and management.
• Plans, designs and proposes for DMS implementation /modification.
• Provides user requirements, advices and guidelines to services provider in order to meet the need of business unit’s requirements.
• Reviews the DMS to study for the enhancement in the efficiency, effectiveness, resources saving, service quality and compliance control.
• Liaises with vendor, services provider, IT and user departments on daily processes, new form/product issuing, enhancement projects and problem solving for operation smoothness and enhancement. 
• Performs other responsibilities and duties assigned by executive in order to meet operational requirements.

Job Requirements:

• University/College graduate in the field of Business Administration and Management or related field
• 5 years relevant experience with 2 years in supervisory level
• Thorough knowledge on DMS and operation system/procedure with proven track records
• Problem solving and excellent communication & presentation skills
