Objectives and Scope:

Plan, design and execute Global Sources Exhibitions (GSE) projects and systems to facilitate efficient buyer journey from onboarding (registration and database management) to pre/at/post show engagement and attendance reporting and analysis.

Work includes:

• Determining corporate objectives of products for visitors (and exhibitors)
• Formulating strategy and direction, product roadmap and monetization potential
• Understanding requirements for current and future products by regularly conducting market, competitor and technology research to meet visitors’ (and exhibitors’) needs

Main duties and responsibilities:

1. Plan, design and execute GSE projects and systems to facilitate efficient buyer journey
• Work with internal departments and procedures to execute projects    
• Work with outside vendors as needed, undergoing thorough and transparent selection process
2. Represent and push GSE interests in corporate projects raised by other departments in a stakeholder capacity
3. Own and manage existing systems
4. Raise maintenance request or new projects for product enhancements
5. Other duties as assigned by supervisor 

Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience in product development
• Degree holder in marketing, project management or other related fields
• Excellent marketing sense
• Can work independently and under pressure
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
