Job Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team to monitor and manage SEM and social media and other digital marketing campaigns to meet set business objectives
- Drive successful SEM campaigns. Coordinate with relevant internal parties to make sure the key performance metrics are met.
- Familiar with AdWords and Bing Ad platform. Follow latest market trend, test new features and adapt best practices.
- Familiar with popular social media platforms and promotion, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, etc
- Define, track, and report KPIs to various stakeholders. Monitor keyword/interest bids, target filtering, quality score and other important campaign metrics to optimize campaign performance.
- Other digital marketing duties may be covered.
- Performs related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or VP, Global Sources Exhibitions.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 to 4 years hands-on experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) with one of the popular PPC ad platforms (AdWords, Yahoo, Bing) and social media marketing (Facebook and LinkedIn preferred); Experience in working with large-scale budgets campaign is preferred.
- AdWords / Bing certification is an advantage.
- Good command of Google Analytics or other web analytics skills. Sensitive to numbers and can interpret them into meaningful findings and suggestions.
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Experience in B2B or tradeshow industry is a plus
