Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily IT operation of the head office and regional office
- Perform Dynamic NAV ERP system support, and fine tuning.
- Help on daily Client and Server side tasks and project implementation
- Configure, maintain and administrate the supported infrastructure systems
- Perform project implementation on auction events
- Act as project leader in IT projects including suppliers, contractors management, requirement collection, systems analysis and design, specification, testing, implementation and documentation
- Manage business continuity and recovery of company’s information systems, including needs analysis, design, plan development, implementation and documentation
- Define, establish and document policy, procedures and standards on the supported infrastructure systems
- Provide technical support and day to day administration on specific infrastructure systems and products such as Microsoft AD, Exchange, VM, SAN, Firewall, Switches
Qualifications
- University graduate in Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience in IT , preferably worked in PRC
- Experience in using Dynamic Navision 2009, knowledge in NAV C/SIDE.
- Preferably working experience in PRC
- Excellent written and spoken Mandarin and English
- Hands-on experience in Client and Server side support
- Strong technical skills in VMware, Symantec Backup Exec
- Expertise in Networking (Cisco routers, switches, Juniper firewalls) and SAN Storage a definite advantage
- Excellent analytic and problem diagnostic skills
- Independent, pro-active, and presentable
