Reporting to Regional e-Business Manager, the successful candidate will be working on behalf of CMA CGM Head Office, contributes to CMA CGM e-Commerce B2B/EDI solution, support development, enhancement and development on world-wide services.  Our e-Commerce B2B/EDI products includes data exchange of Schedules, Booking, Documentation, Invoices etc. with our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on B2B/EDI, system to system and electronic data interchange
• Investigate and resolve e-Commerce B2B/EDI related problems, which includes but not limited application errors, network connectivity, data discrepancies and quality;
• Identify process or product improvements during trouble-shootings, put forward enhancements, corrections and negotiate with Head Office/ CMA CGM IT/ Services Providers for a solution or fix;
• Prepare business requirement and liaise with e-Commerce Regional Offices/Internal user/Customers/ IT Teams;
• Perform system acceptance test for new or enhanced e-Commerce B2B/EDI products as per CMA CGM standard;
• Perform post-delivery follow up to ensure customers are fully utilized with the e-Commerce B2B/EDI channels and up to the agreed standard;
• Monitor progress of technical issues raised and ensure users and other stake holders are informed on the solutions;
• Bridge between customers and CMA CGM on all the e-Commerce B2B/EDI products, channels, EDI flows that the customers are using, plus customer KPI monitoring;
• Any other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in, Business, Marketing, Technology, e-Commerce  or related field;
• 3 – 4 years of experience preferably in back end system and application support (customer facing, prioritizing requests, problem solving etc.) or related activities;
• Knowledge and understanding on EDI standard (EDIFACT, ANSI x12), development methodologies and SQL databases;
• Experience in  Logistic Industry will be definitely an advantage;
• Strong time management, detail oriented with analytical mind;
• Good command of both spoken and written English;
• Pro-active and good team player;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as junior position.
