EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Our client is an e-commerce solutions provider in big data, cloud, and mobile technologies across Logistics/Retail/FMCG/Healthcare Industries.  It is committed to identifying and implementing continuous improvements in the supply chain, from manufacturing throughout to eCommerce platform. With global presence in over 50 countries, it is hiring Business Solutions professional in its Hong Kong office due to expansion.

This is a newly created role where he/she will be responsible for partnering with the sales team to develop industry-specific ICT / ecommerce solutions, drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and build a consultative solution for customers across Logistics/Retail/FMCG/Healthcare Industries.

Success in this position requires strong consultative sales, analytical, and technical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and provide consultation on complex ecommerce business solutions and integrations
• Responsible for educating clients and agencies on ecommerce best practices
• Propose and drive ecommerce / digital innovation based on client needs
• Build and manage relationships with key clients and partners
• Engage with private and public sectors, communities and industries to identify the needs for trade efficiency and logistics improvement solutions
• Work with third party standards organizations and governmental or semi-governmental bodies to promote the recognition of company’s solution offerings and standards

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree Holder in Business Marketing or related
• At least 5-8 years commercial experience in client management, presales, solutions marketing, new business development and engagement
• Good business experience and network in Logistics/Retail/FMCG/Healthcare Industries.
• Relevant work experience in business ICT/Digital/E-commerce solutions
• Possess strong integrity and passionate in advocating industry best practice standards and productivity to help businesses drive continuous improvements in operational efficiencies and enhancement of business processes and value chains.
• Strong communicator in Chinese and English
