Responsibilities:

• Assist project manager in the development and implementation processes of new initiatives for hktdc.com
• Work closely with IT team, internal departments and external vendors on the development and enhancement of website & application projects, including requirement collection and prototype preparation
• Administer various aspects of operation, including internal account management and assisting in handling customers’ enquiry
• Plan and conduct user acceptance tests (UAT) to ensure new features are well tested before implementation 

Requirements:

• Tertiary education
• A minimum of 1 year relevant working experience is preferred, fresh graduate will also be considered
• Previous experience in online business environment or project management is definite advantage
• General understanding of online business trend
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self-motivated and independent

Remuneration and Benefits: 

The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
