Responsibilities: 

• To be responsible for the entire project management life-cycle through to project completion, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure
• To be responsible for the entire project related activities of assigned projects, including staffing, vendor liaison, progress reports, budgeting and costing requirement study
• To oversee assigned projects and handle major issues and hurdles
• To setup, enforce and maintain system policies and procedures on: system, security and network administration, database administration, operations and maintenance control, performance and system capacity monitoring
• To coordinate with user departments on IT service provision and the smooth running of applications, computer hardware, networking infrastructure and end user support teams

Requirements: 

• Degree holder with 5 - 6 years project management experience, preferably in fashion / retail industry
• Ability to negotiate with external and internal vendors
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
• Ability to drive and lead change whilst working in a fast paced environment
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications 
• Excellent command of spoken & written English & Chinese
