Summary:

We are currently seeking caliber candidates as a Network Support Engineer for our partner which is a renowned and well established enterprise in Hong Kong with a global presence. The position will be responsible for providing top quality support for a multinational financial group.

 Responsibilities: 

• Provide technical support, network operation and problem resolution

• Perform IT helpdesk support including call handling, troubleshooting, follow-up action, coordination and escalation

• Backup and Recovery of Network Device Configuration Files

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or related disciplines;

• 2+ years in support Switch, Router, Firewall, Network Security and other networking issue;

• knowledge and experience in switches, routers, firewall for Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet or related enterprise-grade network vendor

• Holder of CCNA/ MCSE/ MCITP is preferred;

• Problem solving, analytical, interpersonal, motivated and can work under pressure;

• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese;

• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
