Responsibilities:

• Manage Hong Kong retail website, content management and admin system.
• Coordinate with various internal departments for daily online store operation.
• Provide pre-sales and after-sales customer service.
• Update daily transaction information and generate sales report for management review.
• Assist in product pricing update in system for redemption / promotional discount.
• Prepare the agenda and minutes for weekly meeting.
• Verify the financial reports / bank balance if needed.
• Implement sales / marketing strategies and action plans to increase sales.
• Co-ordinate the promotion programs using existing online market platforms.
• Support any other ad hoc sales and marketing activities, and handle ad-hoc assignments / projects.
  

Requirements:

• Higher education or above, major in Business, Marketing or IT preferred.
• At least 2 years’ experience in merchandising, store operation or marketing in retail industry is preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office: Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint ; Knowledge of Photoshop/ HTML/ Web Page Design/ Google Analytics/ Internet Technology.
• Good interpersonal, organizational, communication skill.
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadline.
• Passion in developing career in the eCommerce industry.
