Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform system configuration, prepare functional specification and test configuration from concept to production rollout
• Coordinate regular status meeting with functional team and key business users
• Provide advice and transfer business knowledge to functional team
• Resolve project related issues and document issues resolution
• Support user acceptance test, prepare user manual and conduct training

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree holder of Information Technology or related subjects
• 3 years’ or above experience in business analyst role
• Able to design and develop SAP functions to support manufacturing processes or logistic processes
• In depth knowledge on SAP in terms of functionality, usage, configuration, testing, training, documentation and product support would be highly desirable
• Experience in SAP ABAP is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven documentation skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Assistant - SAP
