Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform daily routine tasks and system operations;
- Provide on-site technical support to users;
- Troubleshooting on system, software, hardware and networking issues;
- Coordinate with all relevant parties;
- Prepare procedures and documentations;
- System projects management and implementation;
- Response to customer enquiry and provide solution.
Requirements
- Higher diploma or above, major in computer science/Information systems or related discipline;
- 2 years relevant experience in technical support;
- Knowledge in Microsoft SQL databaseand server administration;
- Knowledge in Microsoft windows servers and server application;
- Familiar with system backup software;
- Familiar in C# and Java programming language is preferable;
- Self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure;
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Immediate available is highly preferred;
