Responsibilities

• Perform daily routine tasks and system operations;
• Provide on-site technical support to users;
• Troubleshooting on system, software, hardware and networking issues;
• Coordinate with all relevant parties;
• Prepare procedures and documentations;
• System projects management and implementation;
• Response to customer enquiry and provide solution.

Requirements

• Higher diploma or above, major in computer science/Information systems or related discipline;
• 2 years relevant experience in technical support;
• Knowledge in Microsoft SQL databaseand server administration;
• Knowledge in Microsoft windows servers and server application;
• Familiar with system backup software;
• Familiar in C# and Java programming language is preferable;
• Self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure;
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
