Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily operations of infrastructure team especially on securities and futures trading application infrastructure and global network connectivity;
• Pro-actively monitor and review infrastructure performance and provide performance statistics and reports;
• Conduct research, evaluation and make recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards in support of all infrastructure procurement and development efforts;
• Assist in negotiation with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure infrastructure-specific products and services;
• Assist in keep tracking IT assets with proper inventory control on record keeping, maintenance and related documentation;
• Provide day-to-day support on infrastructure areas; support work involving hardware, software and end-user support;
• Participate in infrastructure projects and implementation work;

• Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 years experiences in managing and delivering infrastructure implement, operations and support especially on securities and futures trading infrastructure area;
• Knowledge and experience in using Windows desktop and server OS, DNS,  Active Directory is required;
• Should have hands-on experience in using network products and protocols such as Cisco Router and Switch (29xx, 3750x, 65xx, 75xx) with EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, Firewall, Load Balancer, Wifi network;
• Should have exposure in implementing trading and data network connections with providers such as Bloomberg, Fidessa, ITG, Thomson Reuters, NYFIX, Marex, etc. Knowledge of FIX network aremuch preferred;
• Exposure on connectivity to local and foreign exchanges especially HKEx, HKFE, China Connect, CME, CBOT, LME, ICE, SGX are much preferred;
• Should have good understanding of trading and market data facilities such as Thomson Reuters RMDS, Bloomberg, AAStocks, ET-Net, OMD, CCOG, CCCG, CG, FIX, etc.
• Should have knowledge and experience using monitoring system and trouble-shooting on infrastructure areas;
• Able to work on shift basis and provide support on non-office hour;
• Ability to manage disparate demands from multiple customers
• Ability to work with geographically diverse work force
• Meticulous and methodical in creating solutions with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Team player, independent, self-starter, motivated, multitasking and able to take initiative to get projects completed 
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
