Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop support to the office of hardware and software products
• Monitor and support windows server, office software, email, telephone systems and system hardware upgrades.
• Work closely with overseas IT services team to handle daily application and system support duties.
• Handle other ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in IT or related discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in manufacturing industry/MNC.
• Experience in end user computer support in hardware & software.
• Experience in Windows server, Linux and Networking
• A strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Proactive, analytical and organized.
• Fluent English Cantonese , Mandarin
• Qualified MCSE will be an advantage
• Communicate with Company IT department on interface modification.
