Responsibility

• To deliver professional services in IP Telephony, networking, security and infrastructure design but not limited to pre-sales services to our clients.
• To provide post-sales service and design network solution to the client
• To install, test and implement network infrastructure in accordance to specifications and service level

Requirements

• University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3 years or above working experience in Firewall, ISE, Routing & Switching, VOIP/Wi-Fi system monitoring and operation
• Solid hands-on experience in IP Telephony is preferred
• Exposure to sizeable and complex system integration project is highly desirable.
• Cisco Professional Certificate (CCNP or CCIE) is mandatory
• Strong problem solving, analytical, communication and consultative skills and able to work independently
• Good teamwork, interpersonal and customer-relations skills
• Initiative, customer-focused, independent and able to work under pressure
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior Technical Consultant
