Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the implementation of the core banking system (“system”)
• Consult with business users to identify the needs of the system
• Responsible for the strategic planning of the system
• Responsible for designing feature roadmap of the system
• Supervise system vendor in the design and development of enhancements and integration to the system
• Manage testing and release management in the implementation of changes to the system
• Provides support to business users related to the system

Job Requirements:

• University graduate in Computer Science/Information Systems degree
• A minimum of 5 years of related experience working in Development Manager role
• Familiar with core banking system, digital front-end and integration to the system
• Led both internal and external teams managing core banking system implementation projects
• Experience in the implementation of Avaloq banking system preferred
• Understanding “full-stack” development, with hands-on experience a plus
• Experience working with different development methodologies e.g. waterfall, agile
• Experience in the planning and use of tools throughout the SDLC lifecycle (e.g. design, development, testing etc.)
