Job Description
Collaborating with the IMPACTIVA’s Sales Team located in Hong Kong / America / Europe, this position is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and multi-tasking professional with an outgoing attitude to expand her / his knowledge and evolve within a growing and aggressive entrepreneurial structure giving her / him the opportunities to make a real significant impact.
Roles and Responsibilities
Marketing
- Responsible (alongside IMPACTIVA’s Sales Leader Hong Kong and IMPACTIVA’s Chief Executive) for marketing campaigns and effective content distribution strategy
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns and brand awareness improvements
- Organize IMPACTIVA’s trade shows attendance / presence
- Read industry newsletters / trendsetters to keep IMPACTIVA’s Management Team updated with our industry challenges and opportunities
Digital Marketing
- Roll out digital marketing solutions and digital campaigns, including but not limited web sites, newsletters and other digital marketing services
- Manage and optimize IMPACTIVA’s website / social media accounts (WeChat / Facebook / LinkedIn…)
- Work with IMPACTIVA’s Sales Team to set up and execute all online/email campaigns to ensure e-marketing best practices are utilized to focus on “opt-in” demand generation campaigns versus “blast & batch”
- Keep track of marketing campaign results and search engine performance of our website / accounts
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience including exposures to optimizing website and understanding in web related technologies
- Experience in communicating with senior personnel both internally and externally is necessary for success
- Experience in B2B model is a plus
- Deadline orientated, organized and structured (i.e. systems / processes)
- Ability to accept change and evolve within a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication skills to effectively engage with all levels of the organization verbally and in writing
- Capable to translate digital marketing objectives into business terms and implications to produce clear and understandable documentation geared for all audiences
- English proficiency (very well written and spoken)
- Computer proficiency (windows, outlook, word, excel, power point)
PS. Senior candidate can be considered for Manager position.
