This role is for a Project Manager within the APAC (Equities) IT Team. PM will be managing following project in addition to other initiatives - Global order management latest product implementation in Asia across all markets and business flows.

Responsibilities

 Manage IT projects and initiatives from requirement definition to implementation

 Create project plans and necessary procedure & project governance documents

 Monitor project execution to effectively identify risks, issues, dependencies as they arise throughout the project lifecycle.

 To assess any impact on deliverables execution or project benefit and take action to minimize impact.  Become accountable for owning critical issues and ensuring resolution within agreed timescales and identifying mitigating plans

 Identify opportunities to re-engineer existing processes and procedures to simplify and realize efficiencies where appropriate  Navigate in complex matrix organization to ensure necessary resource allocation and prioritization is obtained in line with project roadmap

 Perform a gap analysis between requirements and new product, and assist in the formulation of test cases, UAT coordination, and work-stream status reporting in line with project needs

 Collaborate with global teams, product owners, multiple development teams and other stakeholders spread across different geographies to align project plan and mitigate any impediments Skills required

 Prior experience in managing complex projects, involving cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders and multiple interdependent milestones

 Results oriented; strong track record of successful execution in a project environment

 Problem-solving and analytical skills

 Strong knowledge of Front Office EQ business & applications is favorable

 Self-motivation and prioritization of tasks and actions to hit deadlines according to team & business priorities  Project management certification is preferred
