Main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications and websites with bug fixes and change requests from users
• Perform system testing, integration, deployment and project execution
• Provide daily technical and reporting support and occasional user training
• Prepare and analyze system documentation, user requirements, UAT, and technical design specifications
• Handle user support issues for email, mobile, PC, and software applications
• Assist with technical and installation tasks and documentations for networking, servers, hardware, and software

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree holder preferably in IT related discipline
• Knowledgeable in Java, J2EE, Linux, Oracle DB, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, JSP, PL/SQL, HTML and JavaScript
• 3 or more years in relevant IT experience and web development
• Experience in supporting Microsoft Windows Server and Linux Server
• Familiar with Jasper Report, JSF, JQuery, JPA, web services, DMS, email server, active directory, domain names, DNS, and web hosting would be an advantage
• Basic knowledge in insurance would be an advantage
