Duties

• Oversee the IT infrastructure and end-user computing of the Company
• Manage day-to-day IT support functions and 24x7 helpdesk operations
• Constantly evaluate quality and performance of all IT infrastructure and provide recommendations for improve
• Ensure full compliance with Company’s IT Security, Risk and Continuity policies and standards
• Effective management of and collaboration with strategic IT vendors
• Direction, motivation, training and decision support to IT Infrastructure team. Recognize and manage differing skill sets, performance and conflicts
• Communicate with management and business teams, provide excellent IT services to achieve business goals

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in IT or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years’ experience of related experience and at least 2 years in supervisory position
• Experience in maintaining mission critical systems and knowledge of IT Service Management best practice
• Solid experience in managing large scale infrastructure projects and data center operations, including Server (Unix/Linux/Windows), Virtualization, SAN Storage, Network and Security, RDBMS, Email, etc
• Knowledge on Oracle products Solaris, Weblogic, Database will be an advantage
• Strong communication, people and vendor management skill
• Good command of both English and Chinese
