To qualify for this appointment, the candidate should possess the following:

• University / IVE Graduate in Building Studies / Building Services Engineering
• 2-3 years’ relevant working experience preferably in vetting of and controlling the tenancy fit-out / reinstatement works / studying technical feasibility on leasing activities
• Interested and determined to develop career in fit-out control / building enhancement
• Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge in PC applications
• Candidates with less experience / qualification will be considered as Project Officer
