Your Mission:

• To keep abreast of new technologies and solutions such as internet access, data centre hosing, CPE router solutions, anti-virus solutions
• To investigate and acquire the technologies and solutions as new products
• To provide support, troubleshooting and feature enhancement of existing product
• To support internal departments on training and product demo
• To coordinate with external parties such as vendors to improve product features
• To perform documentation of various projects

Your Profile:

• A degree holder in IT, CS or related disciplines, preferably with CCNA
• Working in ISP/Telecom for for 2-3 years
• Having practical experience on IP networking and internet-based systems
• Knowledgeable in IP routing, email, VoIP, Firewall, Linux-based and Web-based software programming
• Strong in communication and project management
• Equipped with strong business sense with good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
