Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support on digital projects development, such as website, app, and other internal system, from gathering user requirements, developing project plans, implementation to vender management
• Manage and handle UAT to ensure accuracy and user experience for launching
• Work closely with internal teams and external parties to ensure the projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Manage social media platforms and execute related promotion campaigns
• Provide support for conducting marketing research, analysis, reporting and other related tasks
• Handle telephone and email enquiries regarding to the related projects
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information System / Digital Media or related field with 1-2 years relevant working experience
• Experience in multiple OS / Browsers such as Windows, Mac, IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome
• Basic web knowledge such as HTML, CSS etc.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamic CRM is an advantage
• Knowledge in different web traffic analytic tools such as Google Analytics
• Good organizing and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Skillful in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Competency in AI and Photoshop is preferred
• Less experience would be considered as Assistant Officer
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
