Job Description
Job Duties
- To handle and analyze daily hotline report cases
- To provide deployment services to customers
- To carry out field services and installation work
- To help preparation for training sessions
- To provide onsite support for events
- To assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks
Experience & Qualification Requirements
- Degree holder in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Higher Diploma graduate will also be considered
- Experience in customer services but preferable
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Chinese.
- Able to communicate in Putonghua effectively
- Independent and self-motivated character
- Eager to learn and outgoing personality
- Sound knowledge in PC networking and Microprocessor Technology
