Then PUMA is the right place to be! Become a member of our successful IT team based in Hong Kong. We are currently looking for an Administrator, IT Infrastructure.

Your mission:

• Daily system administration, user account management, troubleshooting and technical support;
• Manage IT systems and facilities, responsible for infrastructure administration and others in-house system, such as: Windows, enterprise servers, server virtualization, switch and Wi-Fi; 
• Define infrastructure requirements for APAC new office / relocation/ renovation project and work closely with Global Infrastructure / NOC for implementation, such as Switch, Microsoft Cloud Platform, Office 365 and Azure 
• Manage switch, server hardware, SAN storage and server backup and tape rotation
• Prepare system/ audit documentations and procedure manuals for IT Service Delivery
• Other ad hoc projects as required

  Your talent:

• Degree or above in Computer Science / IT or related disciple;
• 2 years or above experience in IT Infrastructure Support;
• Knowledge in MS Enterprise Server OS, Virtualization and network foundation;
• Experience in system migration and infrastructure implementation project is an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
