Responsibilities

• Support the team manager to take lead in new business implementations or technology enhancements of responsible IT systems
• Convert user requirements into detailed functional business requirement specifications (FBR), interface specifications or system configuration specifications
• Perform / review technical testing on development or technical upgrade completed by Global IT before releasing for UAT
• Proactively monitor the daily system operations and effectively communicate and coordinate with user representatives for system issues and requests
• Identify improvement opportunities to improve operation efficiency and system automation
• Be a trainer for superusers, IT colleagues (cross-team training) and new comers

Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 3 years related working experience
• Exposures in ERP or WMS is highly preferred
• Hands-on system design and development experience is required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with all levels
• Responsible, initiative, proactive and able to work independently
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
