Summary:

We are currently seeking caliber candidates as a Deskside Support for our partner which is a renowned and well established enterprise in Hong Kong with a global presence. The position will be responsible for providing top quality support for a multinational financial group.

Experienced candidates will be considered for a senior position, and we offer highly competitive package to the ideal candidates.

 Responsibilities:

• Participate in the maintenance support of office common Hardware/Software (e.g. E-mail systems, fax service, Internet access service).

• Monitor computer operations (system and network) and be able to identify and respond to failures.

• Handle phone-in and email support enquiries in using our services.

• Physically set up computers and Software System installation.

• Troubleshoot I.T related issues and report to line manager or supervisor on the issues.

• Provide day-to-day PC/LAN administration and trouble-shooting services.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline.

• Work experience in financial industry (preferably in investment banks/ securities houses/ brokerage firm) a definite advantage.

• Relevant 1-2 experience in supporting PC/notebook hardware, network printer, MS Windows and standard software.

• Good communications skill, self-motivated and good troubleshooting skill.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.

• Recent Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply for Trainee positions, and on-the-job training will be provided.
