Job Description
Job Duties:
- Provide PC support to end-users
- Perform daily system & network maintenance and monitoring
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma / T.I. in Computer Studies or related disciplines
- Knowledge in Windows, Linux, Unix, Mac, Lotus Domino/Notes, Mobile or Networking equipment is an added advantages
- Effective communication with internal customers on technical issues is required
- Smart, initiative and willing to learn; Willing to work overtime if required
- At least one year relevant work experience
- Willing to travel to Mainland China when necessary
- Immediate available
