My client, a leading Global MNC is currently seeking SAP Analyst candidates to join their Global Business Support Department in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Global Business Support Manager you will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities
- Work as part of the team setting up the firm's SAP Competence Center to support operations, globally, as part of the Follow-The-Sun Global Business Support model
- Provide support for assigned incident tickets from Europe and US as part of this model
- Daily monitoring of the system business process jobs in the system
- Timely action and resolution of support tickets - follow appropriate escalation paths where necessary
- Maintain the technical and instructional content for the Knowledge Database
- Work closely with international colleagues, including highly technical IT professionals, developers, and architects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent with solid Technical Support experience in an enterprise environment
- Strong knowledge of SAP Systems with Retail Business experience an advantage
- Experience of administrating and/or supporting enterprise solutions
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a strong command of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of EWM system will be advantageous
- Candidates with IT Helpdesk background will also be considered
