Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide overall IT support services to internal users
• Hardware and software installation, General desktop OS and Software trouble-shooting
• Work closely with the Group’s IT division and IT system providers to provide support on a range of IT applications such as WMS and operational package.
• Assist with helpdesk support and attending to user’s requests  
• Collect system requirements from business and operation users and transform them into software application through internal development team or outsource to contractors
• Analyze data, designs, source, plan, and implement information systems and IT enabling tools to optimize operational efficiency, productivity and profitability.
• Smoothen and re-engineering process flow to comply with SOP and to achieve KPIs

Requirements:

• Degree or higher diploma in information Technology/computer science or related discipline
• 2-4 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics field, prefer experience in supporting applications, experienced in dealing with overseas offices (English speaking offices)
• Outlook exchange e-mail server, MS office, logistics applications such as CargoWise / WiseTech ediEnterprise, WMS.
• Experience in application/report development using any of the followings: PL/SQL, Java, C++,C# or asp.net
• Experience in implementing, configuring or supporting major systems deployed by the company,
• Strong quantitative and analytical, problem solving abilities, process management and modelling skills in providing accurate resolutions and training for warehouse and operation colleagues
• Able to work under own initiative and willing to take up unplanned task  
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese in production of user guides, FAQs and knowledge sharing articles
