Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing quality customer services to our client via telephone, email and other media etc.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the team.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
• Shift duty is required (day-shift)
• Handle inbound call only, cold calling is not required

Requirements:

• F.5 / DSE educational level or above
• Experience in customer service an advantage 
• Good command of English & Mandarin is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic PC knowledge and good typing skills
