Responsibilities:

• Liaise with business users and IT project team to define detailed requirements and collaborate with project team to design useful solutions,
• Analyze and recommend the most optimal and effective procedures, user interface etc. for daily business operation,
• Responsible for the documentation (e.g. process flow) of the business requirements,
• Coordinate UAT arrangement with business and IT teams,
• Identify, register and follow up project risks and issues,
• Advise on and Assist project workshop at various stages

Requirements:

• IVE or Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines,
• At least one year experience as Business Analyst. Insurance or logistics industries experience is nice to have but not a must,
• Able to effectively capture and illustrate business flow in Visio or related visual tool,
• Good Documentation Skill (Not verbose, but simple and effective writings),
• Hard working, proactive and able to work under pressure with strict deadlines,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Fast learner with critical thinking and has good common sense to improve business operation, even in destructive innovation way.
