Responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis and compile presentation material for management review and meeting purposes
• Collaborate with merchandising team to project sales, sourcing and supply chain trends
• Derive insights from large volume of data to drive business development and identify areas of improvement
• Data acquisition from systems (e.g. ERP, PLM)
• Provide user requirements to IT team on system enhancement
• Develop VBA/ SQL tools to automate reports and improve data accuracy

Requirement

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business, statistics, computer science, information systems, management information systems or related field
• A minimum of three years of experience in business analysis, experience gained from garment buying offices
• Strong at MS Excel VBA Programming and coding
• Strong at MS SQL database development
• Good at MS PowerPoint
• Knowledge of one or more ERP systems is a plus
• Proficient in English, written and spoken. Mandarin and/ or Cantonese are pluses
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Able to comprehend complicated information and convert them into structured and useful information
