Responsibilities:

• To develop and execute digital and effective content strategies and management, not limited to monitoring usage, content update, response to queries, promotion, and campaign.
• Create original, creative and engaging content for all social media channels.
• Plan and organize website promotion, social media marketing campaigns, online advertising and events for customer engagement, customer service initiatives and drive new customers.
• Manage and report social media channels’ performance against business objectives, review and optimize all campaigns to improve ROI.

Requirements:  

• University graduate in Marketing, E-commerce, Communications or related disciplines.
• Familiar with E-commerce platform like Magento and Shopify is a plus.
• Around 3 Years of solid experience in social media marketing and website.
• Experience or knowledgeable in website promotion, Facebook advertising, Google Analytics, Instagram, EDM, SEO and SEM is definitely an advantage.
• Experience on Wechat or Wechat Store setup and development will be a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
