Responsibilities:

• Responsible for IT Infrastructure availability management & administration
• Provide daily IT technical support and service to internal customers
• Maintain IT Infrastructure Security, network performance
• Assist Infrastructure Manager for project management and execution
• Review IT Trend and customer needs, make new IT solution proposal to the company
  
  

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in IT related disciplines;
• 2 - 4 years working experience in IT Support, server & network administration
• Professional qualification of CCNA / MCSE / CCSE / ITIL / PMP are preferred
• Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with end customer in all levels
  
  

Working hours: Monday – Friday , 0900 – 1800
Location: East Tsim Sha Tsui
Salary: $18,000 – 23,000
