Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and analytical support for applications in UNIX / Window environment
• As a technology subject matter expert to handle complex technology solutions across different audiences including technical, managerial and application development team
• Establish written procedures, guidelines to Data Centre operations on their day-to-day operation
• Perform fault analysis on all problems related to production batch and provide comments to development team if necessary
• Perform 7x24 stand-by support or on-site support in case of significant incidents encountered by operations section and create event log immediately after fault rectified
• Produce, maintain and coordinate the recovery plans and perform Operations Acceptance Test to ensure the new systems / changes are operated according to the Bank’s standard

Requirements:

• University graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 year’s relevant working experience, particularly in database, UNIX / Window environment support in banking industry
• Experience in IBM Workload Scheduler (TWS) and CA IT Service Management (ITSM) will be an advantage
• Proactive, able to work under pressure and good time management
• Positive attitude with high sense of responsibility and can-do spirits
• Ability to occasionally work during off-hours and be on call
